Never again. This dealer doesn’t uphold any standards at all. I bought a truck and it was filthy. Sand everywhere, adhesive left on the windows(the entire passenge This dealer doesn’t uphold any standards at all. I bought a truck and it was filthy. Sand everywhere, adhesive left on the windows(the entire passenger window and windshield), etc. Also the oil was 5,000 miles overdue for an oil change. When I addressed these issues to the GM, he said come on in and we’ll fix it. So I drive over an hour back to the dealer, and I waited over 4 hours for an oil change and basic car wash and vacuum which didn’t even look good. I literally could have done everything myself in under 1 hour and it would have looked better. Come to find out they don’t even have an actual detail department to do the work I was promised . The air filter, I had to replace myself after leaving the dealer because the way they save money is by not doing any maintenance to vehicles before they sell them( was told by multiple employees). None of the staff was knowledgeable about the product they sell, I taught them about the Titans warranty and blew their mind. Everything I had issues with should have been addressed and fixed before the truck was ever put on the lot for sale! The salesman is scared to do his job being the middleman between the customer and manager. This dealer is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. Also what pissed me off was buying a truck and they couldn’t even fill the gas tank. The guy put $15 in the tank after I complained about it. Overall terrible dealer. I met two people that try hard to get the job done but everything can’t be done by them. (The GM and the service advisor not sure his name) More

Inaccurate phone info, poor customer service, questionable d Phone rep scheduled an appointment for me on a Saturday but supposedly they are closed for service on Saturday. Person that was in service told me they dont repair on Saturday then didn't address me again until 45 minutes later. No car rental service on site and problems arranging one from a local car rental office. Incorrect or deceptive diagnostic masking me pay for repairs when it is covered under warranty. Gm would not come out of his office, only relay info to me thru employees. Quite possibly the worst overall dealer experience ever! Inflated prices... $1200 for a radiator and $30 for a radiator cap that I could buy for $3! More
Service I brought my car three times for the same issue. The first time they didn’t hear either of the noises. The second time I came they heard one of the noises, Lexi put me in s rental car due to me being inconvenienced since I live in St.marys and I drove up one morning just for the noise to be heard to then return my car after hours so I could go to work. A technician sat in my car with me to try to hear the noises and told me that it wasn’t really a good time since someone had just quit and then there were multiple people gone. My brand new car was low on Freon and an engine mount was broke. How is that possible in a new car!?? I was told it was normal wear and tear. Daniele was my point of contact for service and it was like playing tag gettinfnant answers. You could tell that she was getting tired of me calling with questions. I picked up my car after hours last Friday since I work until 630 every day and couldn’t take any more time off of work since I had already had to take the morning off on Tuesday to bring my car to the shop to begin with. When I picked it up Friday the main noise and was concerned with was still happening. I left the rental and took my cR home. I called my dad upset that I felt like I was being pushed around. He brought my car back on Saturday and told the service department that while he was driving it did it to him. I got a call saying that there was insulation added to my car so it’ll stop the noise that they supposedly didn’t hear. If you don’t hear it why are you adding insulation. To me that’s putting a band aid on a problem. That’s a quick fix to something down the road that is going to occur. I got a call from Danielle on Monday asking whennim bringing the rental car back. I explained I live 45 minutes away and that I couldn’t come Monday due to my daughter having cheer until 8, and the same thing on Tuesday. She said she’d call me back and I never received a call. I called back Monday and she was gone. I called first thing Tuesday and didn’t receive s return call until mid day, and when I got the call she was very rude. I once again called my dad because at this point I’m frustrated. I chose this dealership to buy my car because at the time it seemed like if there was ever an issue I was in good hands. I don’t feel that way now. Lexi told me that she would send a driver to Kingsland to pick up the car from my job. I was fine with that until I asked a question about returning the rental with no gas. I was concerned that if I filled it up by the time he returned it the gas level would obviously go down and I would be charged a penalty fee for it not being exact. I explained that to Lexi when the driver called her and she told me to call enterprise. I called enterprise and asked them and they asked if I wasn’t returning it who was, I told them that an employee from Nissan was and was then told that he was not permitted to drive the vehicle. If anything happened I would be at fault since he wasn’t on the contract. The driver called lexi and explained the situation and you could tell she was beyond annoyed. I was told I could take the rental to the location in Camden, but then the driver would have to re rent the car to drive back. Lexi told me he could take my car back to Brunswick and then I could return the rental car to the dealer when I got off. I did not like that, so there’s more miles out in my car with another un needed Trip back. This whole process has already cost me a tank of gas. I am a single mom who works almost 60 hours a week, so all of this has been a night mare. I told her that that’s wasnt an option. I called my dad once again and he told me to bring the rental car and the driver back when I get off. So, bless his heart, the Nissan employee rhT drove my car down was so kind and patient with this whole ordeal. He stayed until I got off at 615 and then drove back to Brunswick. I am highly disappointed with this whole situation More

They messed up but went out of their way to fix it. I took my QX60 to the Nissan dealership for an oil change since there is no INFINITI dealership nearby. I initially thought I had a great experience, I took my QX60 to the Nissan dealership for an oil change since there is no INFINITI dealership nearby. I initially thought I had a great experience, until I noticed a few days later that my car was leaking oil. The people in the service center at Awesome Nissan managed not to screw my oil drain bolt on sufficiently (it was able to be turned a few times by hand and threads were visible), causing me to lose probably a quart of oil from my car. When the service manager found out, she had someone come pick my car up to take it and top off the oil, wash it, and bring it back. They are also sending powder to help lift the oil off my driveway and are refunding my oil change. While they screwed up initially, I'm impressed by the way they went out of their way to make it better. More
