My fiancé had purchased a car from Peter Francis in January, so I picked up the ph I needed a car fast...long story, but I didn't have time to waste. My fiancé had purchased a car from Peter Francis in January, so I picked up the phone and called Peter, after finding a pre-owned car on the Greenwood website. You can't beat Greenwood pricing, so it's well-worth the drive from Cleveland. I was able to do most of the transaction on Thursday over the phone. I couldn't find my title, so called Peter Friday morning, who assured me they could get a replacement and I need not worry. He went over to start the process and realized the bank had not released the lien!! Fortunately, because he let me know ASAP, I was able to get it resolved with the bank and had a replacement title by noon. I drove the hour from Cleveland to Austintown on Saturday morning and was OUT of the dealership in just under an hour, including a test drive of the car I'd only seen online. Thank you, Peter, for the quickest, easiest transaction ever!! More
