My husband and I went to the dealership, Monday January 4th about 5:30pm after having numerous discussions over the phone with Joe Kovacich. I had a 2018 lease on a cruz that was coming due and Joe assure 4th about 5:30pm after having numerous discussions over the phone with Joe Kovacich. I first test drive a Chevy Trax...was not impressed. Too cramped...did not excite me. Now prior to that day, I have been researching the new Equinox. I wanted the orange color Equinox bad....but I just didn't think I could afford it. I asked Joe if he had one on site....he said yes. He took me and the hub to the SUV. I'm telling you...it was love at first sight!!! Joe took his time, showed me every nook, every bell and whistle. I knew then, this was my new car. Tracy in Finance worked her magic. A true Rockstar. This is my 3rd lease with Greenwood Chevy in Austintown with Tracy being my finance go to. It was my 1st time working with Joe since my last salesman is no longer there.
