Without any pressure or rush, basically spent the afternoon with us. Since then, and several vehicles later, he has kept in contact with us via email and phone to see if we need anything or just to say hello. Just purchased a 2018 Chevy Silverado a few days ago through him and he went out of his way to find the "right" truck we wanted to fit our finances, lifestyle and needs. He is why we traveled to this dealership to find our next Chevrolet. Also Greg Faunda was prompt and accurate with all the paperwork and had us signed up and in our new truck in no time. Thanks to Matt Wallace for explaining and setting up my phone and explaining the interior gadgets of the truck. Lastly, the excellent service department for their prompt and friendly service over the years, from the person that greets you in the garage to the person that checks you out. No Problem With Sales Team The sales and finance team were exceptional and provided an excellent initial experience for me. Things fell apart with the details. My car was "detailed" and still had food stuck in the gear shirt, scuff marks on the upholstery, my Bluetooth audio stopped working between my test drive and when I picked up the vehicle, the car was not ready with a front license plate holder and I will have to make a 20 mile drive to take my car in for service, and I already have concerns about the 120+ point inspection due to my breaks already making a noise when I come to a slow stop. Again, the sales and finance teams were fantastic, but the service team left me questioning my purchase. I would be happy to amend this review if these items get fixed after a follow-up call. More

I can not express enough how much ALL the employees at Greenwood Chevrolet are extremely professional and willing to do just about anything for you, even if you're not buying a car there. I just recently bought a new vehicle there and I had to do all my shopping with a 3 and 5 year old in tow. They are not the patient kind. People were so kind to distract them and hello my car buying experience easier. The owner even came out and said hello to me and my children. The whole place seems like a large family and go out of their way to make you feel the same. Thank you for making my car buying experience easier and at times fun. More
