Bad service Called and talked to a girl in maintenance, told her I have a 2017 Honda that will not start, instead of telling me to call Honda roadside assistance Called and talked to a girl in maintenance, told her I have a 2017 Honda that will not start, instead of telling me to call Honda roadside assistance she told me to call a. Wrecker service to have my car towed to the dealership. She said I would be responsible for the towing charge, finally she told me to call Honda roadside assistance. Would of been nice for her to mention that in the first place. When my car was picked up, I called Greg May Honda to let them know my car was being towed to their dealership the girl told me I had to come in and sign some paper for them to work on my car, I asked why since it was under warranty and she again said unless I came in they would not look at my car. I drove over to the dealership and a man names Allan in customer service helped me, telling me that they already had my car in the shop diagnosed as a bad battery, I told him one of the customer service girls said I had to come in and sign some paperwork before they would look at it, he shook his head and said no, and Apologized. Waste of my time going over there, not very professional, both girls in customer service heard our conversation, but neither apologized. More

Wait was long I’m supposed to be a four star client. So far I’m not seeing the advantage for the added expense. This is the first place I’ve purchased a car fro I’m supposed to be a four star client. So far I’m not seeing the advantage for the added expense. This is the first place I’ve purchased a car from where my car wasn’t vacuumed and washed with service. I’m not sure I’ll buy another as the cost of the vehicle was non negotiable and that was a first for me. Over all I’m finding this dealer as a no frills expand quite expensive. I will say the majority of the staff to be friendly. More
