5 Star Service I went in for routine maintenance of oil change and tire rotation. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by Alan and Zaira. Alan is my usual advisor, b I went in for routine maintenance of oil change and tire rotation. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by Alan and Zaira. Alan is my usual advisor, but Zaira waited on me this time. Both were extremely friendly and courteous. I had several questions not related to my scheduled service and Alan was very willing to answer and very helpful with the information he shared with me. The service technicians always perform a complimentary multi-point inspection. If additional maintenance needs to be performed, it is fully explained what is needed and why. Obviously, things that are safety concerns are highly recommended, but I have never felt pressured to purchase anything nor have I ever felt a service was recommended just for the sale. I have used this service department for my last three Honda vehicles and have been very satisfied with the treatment and work I have received each time. More

Not done correctly I bought a brand new car being told the scratch would be fixed and it was only touched up! Called and left a message that we were not happy only to get a call back saying they don’t think they can paint the door perfectly so they will give my husband 300 to paint it himself because he owns his own shop! Unwelcoming. There was a distinct atmosphere of "you're not good enough to be here" from the staff. This is the second time I've brought my Odyssey to the Greg May There was a distinct atmosphere of "you're not good enough to be here" from the staff. This is the second time I've brought my Odyssey to the Greg May dealership and been treated less than favorable. I was chastised for not making an appointment. And then it seemed that my service was an imposition. There are too many dealerships for treatment like this. I hope this goes well for you, but I'll be seeking service elsewhere. More
In the past has been great but now don't know what happened I brought my car in for service on05-23-19 because my brake light, VSA light and ABS lights are coming on and I dropped my car off at 8am and my car w I brought my car in for service on05-23-19 because my brake light, VSA light and ABS lights are coming on and I dropped my car off at 8am and my car wasn't ready for pickup until 4:30PM and )was told that there was some type of debris was in my brake fluid and I've been going to Greg May getting my oil change since I got my car in 2012 and has never had a major problem with my car until now ) and after picking it up and paying the money I did, I got up the street and my lights came back on. I called back and spoke with service department and was instructed to return it today 05-24-19and I did. Was told that everything checked out okay and didn't make it out of the dealership and my lights were back on. I've never had any problems with my car until my oil was changed last month and I was told by the service man that a tool was dropped in something in the car and every since I had that oil change these 3 lights has been coming on and off but now staying on. Here I go again with another visit on Monday and on top of this I live 40 miles away gas is not cheap and told the service man that my daughter has lupus and we have to go to Dallas on Monday and now I have to reschedule her appointment because my car is still not repaired after 2 visits of guessing. More
