Everybody sells cars only ORR promotes service You can buy a vehicle anywhere. But service after the sell means everything. We live in Little Rock where there is a Cadillac dealership. But the sales staff not so much. ORR has both! Cindy Brown Sales Associate went out of her way to make the purchase our CTS Coupe an experience we will never forget, right down to the balloons. Mike in service always treats us special and takes our needs personal and works with us to resolve to an agreeable solution if there is a need to do so. Love this dealership and all the wonderful people that make me us feel WELCOME! If I had 1 negative it would be turn the rap down way down on vehicles outside on the lot. Not too attractive for the people that MAY have been interested in making a purchase. Just sayin!! More

I would highly recommend either one of them as excellent sales staff. I knew what I wanted and they made sure that I got a deal that I would accept. The finance guy on the other has really aggravated me. He set the deal up to be financed by Bank of America, without questioning me about who I would like to finance with. And then asked me to not refi my loan for three months to keep the dealership from having to pay back the kick back from BoA. I despise BoA, they are predatory lenders and I think their practices are unethical. So now I need to refinance my loan to get from under this banks odious practices. If it had not been so late in the day I could have obtained a loan from my favorite bank. I was so upset with this arrogant man that I almost walked out. I fully intend to ensure that the three month criteria is not met. More
