Fantastic buying experience!!! I found a used vehicle on cargurus.com that I was interested in, so I called Orr Cadillac to see if it was still available. I spoke with Justin, he wa I found a used vehicle on cargurus.com that I was interested in, so I called Orr Cadillac to see if it was still available. I spoke with Justin, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Upon arriving at the dealership I was met by Justin who introduced me to Steve Hanke who then took over the transaction. Steve is a very personable guy and informative salesman. After test driving the automobile and deciding I wanted to purchase it, I was introduced to Robert in finance. Robert took care of all the loan paperwork and thoroughly explained each step of the process. After leaving the dealership, Robert called to inform me he had found a lower rate which would save me some money, he even offered to have a driver to bring the paperwork to my home for me to sign. I ended up returning to the dealership to sign the paperwork and Steve offered to pay for my gas! Even though this was not a high dollar purchase, I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect by each and every person I met at Orr Cadillac. Overall, I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership! More

BOUGHT MY FAMILY CAR I have been looking for a 3rd row vehicle that had everything I was looking for in a vehicle. Daniel Mann found that for me at ORR Cadillac. We will never vehicle shop anywhere but Orr Cadillac of HS We arrived at the dealership to browse for a luxury SUV, with no intention of making a purchase right away. We were greeted by Bennie Hazen who paid We arrived at the dealership to browse for a luxury SUV, with no intention of making a purchase right away. We were greeted by Bennie Hazen who paid sincere attention to our interests. After looking at several vehicles, Bennie recommended we look at the Cadillac SRX for comparison. We fell in love with the vehicle right away, but were still hesitant to purchase unless we found exactly what we wanted. Bennie (and Allen) went to work scouring their inventory and came across what looked like a perfect fit in a vehicle located in Shreveport. Allen made several calls to the dealership to get details of the vehicle. We agreed to purchase as long as it was as nice as described, so Allen had the vehicle delivered to Orr Cadillac in Hot Springs. When it arrived, there were a few minor imperfections that were not articulated by the Shreveport dealership, but Allen and Bennie assured us they would make repairs so that the vehicle was perfect. We encountered a few delays, but everyone at Orr in Hot Springs was extremely helpful and attentive to our concerns and we are overwhelmingly pleased with our purchase. Bennie, Allen, and the Orr Hot Springs General Manager provided us with the best car buying experience we've ever had and we will definitely refer all our friends, as well as conduct all future car buying needs with them! More

Bennie was great ! He got the cadillac I wanted! Bennie,and the orr team was great! He make sure the customer got the right price for the vehicle I wanted. Very caring through out sale precess! Justin made sure my credits to the creditors were correct he did a fantastic job! Mike did also do great on my purchase making sure everthing was correct before,and after the sale! Persistent and helpful I first saw the vehicle online. After emailing an inquiry I received two calls from Daniel and Bennie within an hour. They stayed in contact all week I first saw the vehicle online. After emailing an inquiry I received two calls from Daniel and Bennie within an hour. They stayed in contact all week until I could make the trip on the weekend. I appreciate their work. They were quick to respond to questions. The front speakers don't work and after explaining how much of a pain it is to buy something broken that Alan was willing to slightly work with me. Still, I wish they had a better solution and I could drive away knowing I'm not responsible for fixing it. I'm afraid that this being one of their cheapest cars the speaker issue probably wasn't very high on their priority. At the end of the day besides the radio, the car looks great, everyone was kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. I'll follow up this review in a couple weeks to reinforce or change my stance. More
