Got an oil change, asked for tires to be rotated. This was the 3rd oil change I have had. The oil change was completed, tires were not rotated, they did wash my car. I'm pretty sure it was 1 hr 10-15 This was the 3rd oil change I have had. The oil change was completed, tires were not rotated, they did wash my car. I'm pretty sure it was 1 hr 10-15 minutes. I was told my tires were bad and they are 8 years old. I told them I was pretty disappointed as I bought my car from Gregg Young 16 months and only put on 9k miles in that time. So when I bought my truck from them my tires were 6-7 years old. I'm pretty unhappy about that. I did talk to a sales person and was offered $300 off new tires. I already talked to my local shop and ordered tires through them as I trust them. More
