Could not of been more pleased I was driving around a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport. The time had come to replace it. I looked online at several dealerships but I liked the selecti I was driving around a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport. The time had come to replace it. I looked online at several dealerships but I liked the selection they offered at Chrysler World. I live in Green Bay, but I decided to take the short drive up to Abrams and I’m glad I did. I was looking for a Chrysler Pacifica and was allowed to browse without being hassled. When I was ready, I went inside and was waited on by a salesman Mike Kempka, we both just kind of hit it off. I could tell he was a car guy, down to earth and genuine. We did get the sales manager Ron Klug involved in the price negotiation also. Ron was professional and no nonsense which I liked very much also. We were able to agree upon a price for a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica that they had in inventory and that was it. The next day I picked the van up and signed the necessary paperwork with their business manager Jim Hurd who was also knowledgeable and easy to get along with. They made the whole car buying experience as painless as possible. I think we were out of there in 45 minutes which really was not too bad compared to other dealership experiences I have had. What stood out to me was these guys have all been in the car business at the same dealership for quite awhile. These are questions I ask too, when buying a car. I did tour the service department and remarked to Mike how clean everything was and what a nice waiting room they had. If I had to do it over again, I would drive up to Abrams in a heartbeat and buy from Chrysler World again. I am kind of excited to go back up when my vehicle needs to be serviced.
