Back in 2007, we were in the market for a new vehicle. We started visiting a great number of dealerships from Escanaba to Green Bay and then we saw an ad and went to Chrysler World in Abrams. Don Klug introduced himself to us and was very patient taking the time to go over every vehicle that appealed to us as we wanted to be sure of the decision we were making. To say the least, he found out that we are very particular shoppers!!!!! We were so impressed with Don that day .... his friendliness and knowledge and his patience, that we called our daughter who also was going to need a good, reliable "used" vehicle, that we stayed at the dealership for her to meet us there to also look over the wide array of used vehicles on their lot. By the time the three of us left (having come to look for only 1 vehicle), we had purchased 3 vehicles (2 new and 1 used). Since that time, we have also purchased 2 additional vehicles from Don Klug (1 used and 1 new 2012 Jeep). This dealership and Don Klug are so wonderful to work with - no pressure - very friendly and knowledgeable, that they are now the only Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep dealership that we even consider going to!!!! Just for an oil change or any other inspections, we travel 1 1/2 hours for the great service of Don and the rest of their staff..... We have referred several friends and family members also. More

Chad was very friendly and easy to work with. I am a difficult customer and a first time buyer but Chad took the time and had the patience to work with me to find me a new vehicle that was exactly what difficult customer and a first time buyer but Chad took the time and had the patience to work with me to find me a new vehicle that was exactly what I wanted. He was not the typical pushy salesman, he just offered his assistance and expertise whenever I had questions about different vehicles. There is a large selection at this dealership. Both new and preowned. There is plenty of staff to assist customers. No rehearsed jargon or sales pitches.
