The purchase of the vehicle was a learning experience for us and the new salesman. He was very helpful in trying to answer questions we had and followed through when he realized we left the dealership missi us and the new salesman. He was very helpful in trying to answer questions we had and followed through when he realized we left the dealership missing a portion of the back bumper. We are very disappointed though with the service when we started experiencing a problem with the back hatch 2 weeks after purchase and they were unable to work with us to have it evaluated within a week.
