My wife and purchased a vehicle from Rob. We needed to have some warranty work done on it and ended up taking it to our local Dodge dealer (Rob is 1 1/4 hours away from us). What a mistake!! Our local dealer gave us the worst service I have ever seen. They had the car for 3 1/2 weeks and still didn't get our car fixed. I couldn't even get a loaner car from them! We called Rob during all of this and he really stepped up to the plate for us. He gave us a loaner car and even delivered it down to us. Then they fixed the mistakes our local dealer made. Rob was friendly and kept in touch with us the entire time. It was great working with Rob and Chrysler World and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a vehicle - new or used. I will be looking for another car in the near future and will start my seach with them. More

I initially called Chad in search of a 2012 Jeep Cherokee, which I was looking for in blue. He called me back indicating he had found one in Milwaukee. I spoke with Rob in regards to wanting to purchase a used vehicle. I gave him the features, price, and details I was looking for and would be interested in purchasing. Chrysler World has been excellent to work with. Our new car purchase experience with Rob was awesome. We went looking for a used car, however Rob demonstrated the benefits of new versus used, and the rela car purchase experience with Rob was awesome. I liked the way everything was handled. In no way did we feel like we were an inconvenience. Everyone was so nice. They made our day fun! Back in 2007, we were in the market for a new vehicle. We started visiting a great number of dealerships from Escanaba to Green Bay and then we saw an ad and went to Chrysler World in Abrams. Don Klug introduced himself to us and was very patient taking the time to go over every vehicle that appealed to us as we wanted to be sure of the decision we were making. To say the least, he found out that we are very particular shoppers!!!!! We were so impressed with Don that day .... his friendliness and knowledge and his patience, that we called our daughter who also was going to need a good, reliable "used" vehicle, that we stayed at the dealership for her to meet us there to also look over the wide array of used vehicles on their lot. By the time the three of us left (having come to look for only 1 vehicle), we had purchased 3 vehicles (2 new and 1 used). Since that time, we have also purchased 2 additional vehicles from Don Klug (1 used and 1 new 2012 Jeep). This dealership and Don Klug are so wonderful to work with - no pressure - very friendly and knowledgeable, that they are now the only Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep dealership that we even consider going to!!!! Just for an oil change or any other inspections, we travel 1 1/2 hours for the great service of Don and the rest of their staff..... We have referred several friends and family members also. More
