I would highly recommend GY to anyone needing service as the staff was both friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing but great things to say about this dealership and service department. More

Aweful service depatment managed by Pat L GY has been my dealer for all my service work for my Camaro ZL1. Under full b2b warranty in effect. They replaced my motor in June 2016 because of oil GY has been my dealer for all my service work for my Camaro ZL1. Under full b2b warranty in effect. They replaced my motor in June 2016 because of oil consumption. Now I have the same issue with the new motor, have been back 4x and finally got 100% screwed. Why? If you drive ANY Chevy car or truck and you drive it over 3000 RPM's, they will NOT touch it unless you are burning more than 1 quart every 500 miles. Was a 5 star customer that will never go back or ever buy or service a vehicle here ever again. Not only would they not fix it after promised, the Service Manager also black balled the car at the next dealer I took it to. So I have a full warranty and now am stuck paying for correcting the oil issue myself. More

So he does and they hand him a bulletin and tell him they aren't doing anything because of some internal service bulletin that is telling the dealership they don't have to do anything. So basically they lied to his face and wasted his time. More

I asked how is that possible when they both have an 850 credit score? His response was well we haven't ran their credit yet. I ask then how is it possible to have an interest rate? He told me the interest rate isn't a big deal! He took it down another percent after that! I asked what else are you hiding??? I'm sure if his family got a loan interest rate would matter!! Taking advantage of older people is horrible!!! The salesman was nice and he had great customer service! More

And the food was amazing! I would defiantly buy a car here again. They also had the best prices! We drove about 350 miles to find my car with them. Blake Snow is the guy who sold us the car and he's great! Had alot of knowledge about the car and was easy to get along with. Very honest and straight forward.! More

I sent them an email and the salesmen, Blake, immediately responded to my inquiry. i became aware that I lived out of state and he offered to drive the vehicle to me to test drive and possibly purchase. His professionalism was undeniably the best that I've ever received from a salesmen. He wasn't very pushy and he even gave me his cellphone number and told me to call or text ANY time of the day if I had more questions. One night, I texted him to ask him about the vehicles current mileage and he answered without hesitation. He kept his word and delivered my vehicle to me in the middle of a thunderstorm and he didn't show any sign of being uncomfortable as I invited him into my home to discuss paperwork. I'm a truly satisfied customer. Thanks, Blake. My only issue with the company overall is not receiving my CarFax report. That wasn't a major issue though. We just pulled it up online. More

He explained as much as he could and provided me with all I asked for. I was a pre-owned Ford and I wanted to ensure that a particular item on the Ford was updated by Ford and Blake took the car to the Ford dealership and had them updates the software...that is going beyond expectations. I would recommend going and seeing Blake if you need a new GM or a pre-owned vehicle! The price was very fair and I was satisfied (and I drive a hard bargain). the extra items they offer a pre-owned purchase were great.....waiver of deductible on dent repair for 6 or 12 months (I cant remember). and other perks. it seemed that they really wanted to do business the right way! More
