I had a great experience with Greg Young Chevrolet getting the coolant control valve issue repaired on my truck. Even though the repair ultimately wasn’t covered under the special bulletin, they worke getting the coolant control valve issue repaired on my truck. Even though the repair ultimately wasn’t covered under the special bulletin, they worked with me on the cost and made the situation much more manageable. I really appreciated how they handled everything. They were professional, fair, and willing to help rather than simply telling me the repair wasn’t covered and leaving it at that. The communication was good, the repair was completed properly, and they made what could have been a frustrating experience a positive one.
