I used Gregg Young Chevrolet to get a transmission flush and an oil change. They had recommended a transmission flush on my last oil change and their overall inspection. I went to the dealership with a specific truck in mind. I figured I would do some shopping, and we’d narrow it down to a vehicle or two and come home with a new vehicle in the next week or so. I wanted to trade my ’17 F-150 Lariat. I had a number in mind. Their estimated value came in at about $ 2,500 below what I wanted for the trade-in value. They offered me $2000 more than their estimate (only $500 less than what I wanted). I was very satisfied with that. A few weeks after the purchase, I noticed a rattling coming from the front. There was also an open recall, and the dampener to my tailgate was shot. I contacted Gregg Young, and they got the vehicle in 2 days and made all of the repairs at no cost to me. They have made me a fan. Their staff does an excellent job. Of course, the salespeople are salespeople. However, they stand behind their work and are fully transparent. Everyone I dealt with, from the original salesman (who inadvertently overbooked himself) to my actual salesperson, the finance department, and then the service department, was fantastic! They are a dealer who practices what they preach and will stand behind their work. Zero complaints. More
