High Pressure, Kinda Shady Dealt with the service dept just after they took over from John Kraft. They worked on HVAC controls on the dash. First time driving at night afterwo Dealt with the service dept just after they took over from John Kraft. They worked on HVAC controls on the dash. First time driving at night afterword noticed none of the dash lights worked anymore. They said they would look at it. Charged me $40 to get them working. (They all worked before the repair). They would not budge on the price. I told them I wondered how they would stack up against John Kraft's service. This incident answered my questions. Huber now gets my business. More

Received great service We had bought a used vehicle from Gregg Young and a year ago and it started having an issue so we took it to the service department who did a wonderfu We had bought a used vehicle from Gregg Young and a year ago and it started having an issue so we took it to the service department who did a wonderful job in helping us, getting the car fixed and even put us in a loaner vehicle because GY did not have the part available to be fixed right away. I would highly recommend GY to anyone needing service as the staff was both friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing but great things to say about this dealership and service department. More

Large inventory Gregg Young seems to have the largest inventory in town making it easy to find the car you want. Aweful service depatment managed by Pat L GY has been my dealer for all my service work for my Camaro ZL1. Under full b2b warranty in effect. They replaced my motor in June 2016 because of oil consumption. Now I have the same issue with the new motor, have been back 4x and finally got 100% screwed. Why? If you drive ANY Chevy car or truck and you drive it over 3000 RPM's, they will NOT touch it unless you are burning more than 1 quart every 500 miles. Was a 5 star customer that will never go back or ever buy or service a vehicle here ever again. Not only would they not fix it after promised, the Service Manager also black balled the car at the next dealer I took it to. So I have a full warranty and now am stuck paying for correcting the oil issue myself. More

So he does and they hand him a bulletin and tell him they aren't doing anything because of some internal service bulletin that is telling the dealership they don't have to do anything. So basically they lied to his face and wasted his time. More
Told me I was breaking my under warranty car. Service staff is trained not to care for customer service 100%. More or less admitted they have an inferior product with their 'that's just the way they're made sometimes' attitude. Call the corporate 800# and they'll behave. But no need for that with competitors a few miles away. More

Truck repair I went to this dealership based on the reviews. I was very happy with the service! My truck was acting up and I did not. know what was wrong. He set my appt and got me a loaner to drive. Even though it would not act up for him,he did find some things I needed to fix. Got them done,am very happy and he told me we could wait for another act up and call him and he would send a tech out to look at it. I now fell like I have a place to take my truck. I moved here 1 1/2 yrs ago from Texas. This will also be where I go first to make my next purchase! Thanks Chris. More
