I took my care in for scheduled replacement of catalytic converter and was told 7 hours after drop off that part would be in the next day. I took my car home and over three weeks later I am yet to be notifi converter and was told 7 hours after drop off that part would be in the next day. I took my car home and over three weeks later I am yet to be notified of part arriving to service center. I am quite unhappy with service. More
