The nastiness and sarcasm from the staff is behavior that I choose not to tolerate. On this occasion, the oil gasket went on the car and I was initially told in a very condescending manner that my car could not be looked at until the following week and there were no loaner cars. I did not need that aggregation and finally my car did was fixed the following day and a loaner car appeared. The staff at the service department are immature, at best, and need serious training in customer relations. I would recommend that you read the google reviews regarding the service department and then develop a plan of action to remedy the situation. More
