The technician(s) read and appreciated my explanations of the symptoms and failure modes. Since the heater/air conditioner system would not SHUT DOWN for them at first , I was allowed to drive the Grand Marquis until it did. Then I wrote down everything I could observe about visible and audible indications, especially answering questions provided by the technician and the Assistant Service Manager. The finished repair has provided us with a properly functioning "dream car" again. We do not need to list any areas of improvement.” More
