Attitude reflects attitude and if your employee wasnt disrespectful I wouldnt have been either. And also Ford Corporate and a Ford mechanic have both said the engine cover should have been removed to complete the job correctly and regardless the car came to you with an engine cover and came back without one. There are customer service classes available to businesses like yours. But thank you for your response and it will just be added to your open case files with corporate in Michigan. I wish you well moving forward also.

Our team did not have reason to remove the engine cover for the repairs completed on your vehicle. Returned a faulty part in February and have not received a refund. Called numerous times to no avail. No follow up from the dealer or Ford. Stay away!!!! More
