I recently purchased a pre-owned Audi from Gresham Subaru. As someone who knows the business, these folks were great to work with. Poor customer service. Used them to facilitate a lease purchase at the end of my lease. Wanted the extended warranty. Was steered into the Gold Certified Pre-used, likely Used them to facilitate a lease purchase at the end of my lease. Wanted the extended warranty. Was steered into the Gold Certified Pre-used, likely because they got more money out of it. Turns out that it doesn't last anywhere near as long as my previous extended warranties on lease return Subarus. Long time Subaru owner. I will never do business with them again and recommend that you do not, either. More
