I've always hated the process of "buying a car". I can honestly say that buying my 2022 Forester through Miss Savanah, sales person, was a great experience. Always courteous, knowledgable and mainta I can honestly say that buying my 2022 Forester through Miss Savanah, sales person, was a great experience. Always courteous, knowledgable and maintained communication with me as I am 300 miles from the dealership. Also, the financing went very smoothly and efficient with explanations throughout. I left there with the vehicle saying "just get me on the road.... I'll figure the rest out later....Wrong!...So i really appreciated the call from Hannah Walter helpng me out with all the bells and whistles!! More

Even though I can't comment on the service department, I can say I am disappointed in the management at Gresham Subaru. The employees however are friendly and helpful. My issue is Gresham Subaru refuses t can say I am disappointed in the management at Gresham Subaru. The employees however are friendly and helpful. My issue is Gresham Subaru refuses to be competitive on pricing on used vehicles. This happened more than once . I will see something of interest to me and the sales team respond with me quickly. Just to find out later in the inquiring process management refuse to budge. Asking far more than its actual value. Then having management refusing to communicate with me resulting in having to shop elsewhere. More

I LOVE gresham subaru! Their service department is amazing- so friendly, very thorough, and great quality work. They even have videos from the techs showing the vehicle in Their service department is amazing- so friendly, very thorough, and great quality work. They even have videos from the techs showing the vehicle inspection and sent me pictures of my worn spark plugs to validate their recommendation to replace them. Dont waste your time elsewhere, just go to gresham subaru - youll be very happy you did! Ps- Ive tried Oregon city subaru and wilsonville subaru and they were either not "mod friendly" or spent too much time joking around and overlooked details. Just go to Gresham! More

Service center emploees were prompt, courteous and very efficent in there explanition of all aspects and questions I had regarding service.
