Gresham Subaru

I have had good experiences at Gresham Subaru ever since I purchased my 2014 Outback there in 2013. It's clean and the people are friendly and accommodating. But a week ago I got really miffed when I was ov I purchased my 2014 Outback there in 2013. It's clean and the people are friendly and accommodating. But a week ago I got really miffed when I was overcharged $50 for a winter checkup. The special offer arrived in my email and I quickly accepted with a phone call. I arrived at the 2:15pm designated time and then waited over 2 hours to get my car back. I was charged $139.95 instead of the promised 89.95. The price was quickly reduced to the correct amount. I will continue to have my car serviced at Gresham Subaru but hope the operation is spiffed up a little bit, More

My son and daughter in law purchased a used Subaru and have had nothing but problems with. They have had to replace multiple things and all the lights just went off on the dash yet again. My wife took took her Forester in for service and gave them her phone number to contact her. They never once called her! They kept calling my phone instead!
