I had a frustrating and unprofessional experience with Gresham Toyota and salesperson Vitaliy K. Later, he told me that another couple had been rescheduled by his coworker for the same time and took priority, despite my confirmed appointment. The price sheet included over $6,000 in unwanted add-ons, including a $997 Adventure Protection Package, an aftermarket item that was already installed but never mentioned in advance or included in the listed price. I declined this and other fees, but was still pressured to move forward. When I said I needed time to think, Vitaliy became visibly upset, citing his time and effort, and implied I was wasting his time. The entire exchange felt manipulative, intimidating and dismissive. As a woman navigating this alone, I left feeling disrespected and pressured. I do not recommend this dealership or this salesperson—especially for women shopping independently. More

I waited in the lobby will maintenance was being performed and didn’t wait too long for services to be completed and before I know it, I was out the door with my Tacoma to continue with my day.
