Brendon, my advisor, acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I had to explain that because they didn’t do one of many services that they were supposed to do on my vehicle, I couldn’t trust that they did any of the services. I also explained had to take time off work and that I paid for a Lyft there and back. He still seemed very disconnected about my issues. He did say that he’d comp a free oil change and tire rotation after awkwardly making me ask for compensation for my time and money. But I honestly don’t believe that when I bring my vehicle back that anyone will know about it, and it will lead to another one of many poor experiences that I have had with Brandon. More

Always excellent service at Gresham. Scheduling service online the night before then having the work done quickly first thing in the morning while I waited worked out great for me. Took Camry in for first oil change. Bought car in January. It is now April. When purchased it was good to go. At this service, said needs work. Shocks and cvc boots..
