Still can't believe what I experienced today at Gresham Toyota. I had been in communication for a week with CHRIS MOYER at G.T. about a used Tundra. Told him I was from Seattle and that I would be making Toyota. I had been in communication for a week with CHRIS MOYER at G.T. about a used Tundra. Told him I was from Seattle and that I would be making the 3+ hour drive to Gresham on Friday for a test drive. He responded and said "Great! I'll put you down for 12:30 pm. Drive safe!". My girlfriend and I took the day off from work, drove down only to find that the Truck was loaned out to another customer a couple days earlier and wouldn't be back until the following Monday or Tuesday. xxx?!!!! No email, call or any communication that my trip would be a total waste and the truck was over 3 hrs away in Bend area. The only thing he could do is point the finger at a coworker for not telling him that the truck was gone after telling me he had no idea I was driving so far to look at it. What a joke of a salesman. Another salesman, Rory? was extremely apologetic, filled my gas tank for the 3+ hr drive back home. If in the market, I would avoid dealing with CHRIS MOYER at all costs. He proved to us today that he does not follow through and when there is a problem, he is quick to point the finger at anyone else. More

Idi M. was our sales person. She listened to what we were looking for. She answered our questions, and if she did not know, she made the effort to find it was our sales person. She listened to what we were looking for. She answered our questions, and if she did not know, she made the effort to find it. She was not "pushy", which I greatly appreciated. The environment now made it more difficult to find what you wanted. She had a personality that made it easy to work with her. She even came in early on her time off hours to complete the sale. Overall a very good experience. More
