I would have given five stars except for when I was driving home one of my check tire lights came on and that didn't make sense to me because I just had them rotate my tires so I don't know what's up with that. I have not had any issues with any lights coming on the entire time I've driven it for 50,000 miles. More

In addition to the routine maintenance appointments, I have had unexpected service needs well met over the years. The Service Manager Rick carefully listens to the problem you are having, whether the issue is minor such as a battery drain, or major such as a replacement of a suspension part. After evaluation, he carefully explains what was found, along with the expected costs, turnaround times and alternatives for the repair. After the service, he explains what was done and ensures questions were answered. Repairs are done in a timely fashion so that we can get on with our busy lives. They check in after to ensure all is satisfactory. I highly recommend Gresham Toyota for your service needs. More
