The employees at Toyota were very accommodating and offered me and refreshments and told me they’d shuttle me around if I needed to go anywhere. I just watched the tv and an hour and a half later I was good to go. No complaints. More

59 minutes 15,000 mile check-up. Ivan greeted me before I got out of my car, fast check-in. Was told it would be 1 hour to get everything done. Ivan, the service 15,000 mile check-up. Oil leak on my driveway immediately after 40 K service. Toyota Gresham’s service is fine, but I live 20 miles east off Hwy 26 and had to drive 40 miles round trip to have them take care of an oil leak Toyota Gresham’s service is fine, but I live 20 miles east off Hwy 26 and had to drive 40 miles round trip to have them take care of an oil leak a few days after they had serviced my car at 40 K. The service tech hadn’t tightened the oil plug tight enough. They apologized for their error but an extra car wash or discount coupon for future service would have been a nice consolation. It took an extra 2 hours out of the end of my day and I’ve got to clean oil of my normally clean concrete driveway. More

You will find bad dealers, and ones that are trying so hard it’s obvious. At this Gresham Oregon location they were naturals they made it look easy. You could tell everyone really cared and were very happy to be a part of the Toyota team. What an amazing team and you just cannot beat the top notch friendly service. I will never go anywhere else. Once you find a gem like this it’s best to hold on to it. Stop in an see for yourself and you will not be disappointed.
