Smooth buying of a F-150. Saw a used 2016 F-150 on Toyota's web site. Contacted Lonnie whom I had dealt with when we purchased our 2006 Rav4. Asked him to find out what the lowest price that Toyota would go. He called me back, I agreed to the price. Went down to the dealership and test drove the truck. The truck drove as I expected it would. After a few hours because their finance people were busy with others, I drove my truck home. This was one of my easier buying experiences I have had. More

I had my 2014 Avalon, purchased from Gresham Toyota, in for service and the ex Gresham Toyota has gone above and beyond with the service they provide. I had my 2014 Avalon, purchased from Gresham Toyota, in for service and the experience was fantastic for my wife with the service writer, Brian. Then two days later, my 2004 4Runner had some weird check engine codes go on after I had a non-Toyota shop work on it and their computers couldn't figure it out. I scheduled with Gresham Toyota online and was greeted by Carson - who went right to work on it. While I waited, the general manager, Ken, greeted me and so did the sales manage Bill. I talked with them and drank some great coffee but before the cup was drained, Carson handed me the keys, said all done, its on us today. Now I call that service!!! More

Worst Mistake of My Lufe The car I bought was overpriced based on the market value. I'm now 8,000 upside down on my loan. Despite its supposed 120pt inspection, there were missing and damaged pieces on the vehicle. The sales person who I was supposed to meet with blew me off, so they passed me to two other people. The closing manager was a complete jerk who arrogantly told me, I would be purchasing a warranty because he always finds a way to sell them. A few days after my purchase the first person I was supposed to deal with asked me to drive back to dealership so he could show me how a feature on my car worked- I didn't even have that option on the vehicle! Waste of my time and gas and he didn't apologize! Overall, I was in a bind a needed car but now I regret ever going there! More
