We went to many other dealerships. some other dealerships showed us cars that were broken and had high miles and weren't even cleaned. Both of the people I dealt with were very honest, friendly, and professional(not to mention quick). The van we were shown was the nicest vehicle we had been shown in all of our looking(low miles,good looking). They even gave us a warranty!!!! That was NEVER offered at ANY other dealership. Basically, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I have a credit rating of 0. not no credit. 0 rating credit! And they got me a GREAT van and a payment i could live with. THANK YOU GRESHAM TOYOTA! WE WILL BE BACK!!!! DUN DUN DUN!!!! More

My husband and I went into this dealership just to look at different cars and get a feel for what we wanted in the future. We didn't have any intention of buying yet because we didn't think that we could at different cars and get a feel for what we wanted in the future. We didn't have any intention of buying yet because we didn't think that we could afford it. First we worked with Fred who was very friendly and extremely helpful. He explained more about leasing options and that you could actually buy the car at the end of the lease which was not something we were aware of before. I would say that was the turning point for us and we started to really consider working out a deal that day. Once we decided we wanted to look at the Sienna Fred informed us that he was new and didn't know that much about that particular car yet and would get us a salesman who did. This is when we started working with Dan. He was very knowledgable about the van and also extremely friendly. No one at this car dealership was pushy which was a refreshing change. Dan really worked with us and we were actually able to buy the car that we wanted. Ted helped us with the financing and once we sat down with him it really didn't take that long. He was very friendly and personable. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership and I know I will be recommending it to everyone. More

There wasn't any pressure whatsoever; if we wanted to have waited for delivery of a vehicle to exactly match what we wanted (as opposed to just getting what we needed), they were fine with that. All in all, the staff was friendly, efficient, and the experience was excellent. More
