Once the work was completed, they took the time to walk me through what had been done, ensuring I was satisfied with the service. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences I've had. Incompetent service advisor, no notifications on service being performed. Wrong paper work when I checked out, told me what was wrong with the other guys car, gave me the wrong keys.
