I stopped by the dealership just to test drive the 2015 4runner, Vlad olenin was really great at helping me out, knew a lot about the suspensions and specs of the 4 runner which I greatly appreciated it. I specifically told him what I hated in suvs and what I liked. Without bias, he was able to satisfy my urge for a funner, more truck like vehicle for my family. Vlad also then helped crunch some numbers too and did a great job explaining how things worked!!!!! I was able to trade in my pilot with a good price and was out on a 4runner!!!!!!! Thanks vlad!!!! changing oil 4 days ago Took my car for oil change ,after one hour the employee told me oil was changed, .tires rotated and my car needed new tires and alignment . Specified Took my car for oil change ,after one hour the employee told me oil was changed, .tires rotated and my car needed new tires and alignment . Specified alignment was done 2 months ago ,employee said he actually did not checked alignment but when the tires are changed alignment have to be done .What make me to wonder is they did not even rotate my car's tires-this happened before. I signed the tires with chalk to make sure I can trust them, nothing happened, the tires was not even rotated after 10000 miles. How I can trust them anymore?This way I'm not even sure if the oil was changed.I'm was speechless when I looked at my car tires,did not even said anything,just drove at Less Shwabs and rotate the tires ,also finding the truth-I can drove another 10000 miles with my car's tires...soooooo disappointed,just 4 days ago...
