I had a great experience buying my first new 2012 Toyota Tundra truck at Gresham Toyota. Adrian Blair helped my decide which tundra would be best by allowing me to test drive both the smaller 4.6lV8 and the Tundra truck at Gresham Toyota. I am glad he told me that once you purchase the smaller one sometimes after a year or two later some people wish they would have gotten the bigger one with more options. I decided to go with the SR5 TRD off road package with the bigger 5.7l I-force V8 because the mpg's was pretty much not that much of a difference and the bigger motor held the gears and shifted a little bit more stronger with the taller 4.10 gears and the bigger 10.5" ring and pinion gear in the rear end. My initial contact was with Lonnie by email and phone. When my wife and I went to Gresham Toyota for a test drive, a model very similar to what we were looking for was ready to be taken out. Tommie Johnson was the sale person who worked with us. He was very friendly and very knowlegeable about the vehicle. I know all car sales people are "friendly", but Tommie was genuinely so. Of course, all of the different ways to spend more money was presented to us, but not in any pushy or high pressure kind of way. We used Toyota financing as the interest rate was better than my credit union's. But our interest rate actually ended up lower than the original quote we were given. One additional thing we noticed, initially and since, is how everyone at Gresham Toyota seems to enjoy working there. More

Jim made sure that the vehicle I wanted, a 2012 base Scion xB, was in stock before making me drive all the way over there. He had the car pulled up for me, took me on a test drive that showed the vehic Scion xB, was in stock before making me drive all the way over there. I really appreciate the time he took out of his schedule (when I came back to get my stereo put in) to get my tank topped off like he said he would, no reminders from me were necessary! Jeff Scott was able to finalize my paperwork, scored a great interest rate for me and even called back to say that Toyota Financing was giving me a lower interest rate than what he thought previously (shopped over the weekend). What I am impressed with the most is that when the service department put my stereo in, they accidentally scratched my shift knob. I would never have noticed, instead the service person came to me, told me what happened, apologized and said 'we've already the new knob, we'll call when it arrives.'. The integrity that this shows means a lot to me. Thank you Gresham Toyota Scion, I'll be back for my next car and will be referring everyone I know to your business!!! More
