This is the second truck I have bought from Gresham Toyota. When I came in I told Adrian that I had had a great experiance the first time and came back hoping the 2nd would be as good. I was looking for a dependable used car and had visited several dealerships. My situation was somewhat unique because my partner was actually purchasing the car for me. Most of the dealerships would not several dealerships. My situation was somewhat unique because my partner was actually purchasing the car for me. Most of the dealerships would not seriously talk about price and terms until he was present. This place was totally different. Travis met with me and took the time to listen to my circumstances, and took it from there. The price of the car was very good to begin with, but I was able to negotiate an even better price and it was painless. I didn't have to sit through sales pitches with several different managers to get the price. Travis did it all. After the price was determined, Travis called my partner and got all his information and finished the transaction over the phone. We only had to come in later that night to sign. Travis was leaving at 5 o'clock, so he put Tom Van in charge after that. Tom was great as well. It was about the most painless auto transaction I have ever encountered, and I have bought more than 20 cars in my life so far!!! Will definitely go back again.!!! More

I had told Lonnie what we were looking for and that we were trading in Sean's truck that was getting fixed and for him not to worry himself because it might take a couple weeks. We met with Lonnie that weekend and he had found the PERFECT TRUCK for Sean, and asked if we would like to take it home and he would take care of our old truck when it got done. I normally hate buying a car from a dealership because of all the pressure to buy. Gresham Toyota wasn't like that at all. It changed my opinion about dealerships and how they operate.
