Purchased a used car that was represented as in good condition and within a week the transmission went out. I purchased it as-is. When I asked the salesman before I purchased the vehicle if it had a maj condition and within a week the transmission went out. I purchased it as-is. When I asked the salesman before I purchased the vehicle if it had a major problem within month of purchase would dealer take care of problem he said yes. When I contacted salesman After I discovered the problem he said his boss said I could have their discount at a transmission shop. I was surprised that this dealership would knowingly sell a faulty vehicle. Because after having the vehicle for a week and being able to check things out that I could not do at dealership I found out that it was bad before I purchased it. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone again. More

After finding a van I was interested online I visited Gresham Toyota nervous about having to talk to a salesman. This is the second new car I purchased from Gresham Toyota. Both times it was a very pleasant experience. I had a wonderful experience at Gresham Toyota. All employees were kind and respectful. Adrian was fabulous. I did my comparison shopping alone and then took back info to my husband. I never ever felt at Greshma Toyota that I was being treated differently because I was a female alone. Adrian had all the info I needed and an excellent no pressure sales approach. I also appreciated his friendly and positive attitude. Jeff in finance made me feel as if he really wanted to help ensure I had the best situation (warranty/ financing) possible. This is the 4th car I have bought and by far the VERY BEST car buying experience I have had. It was just all so easy, stress free and painless. Thanks Adrian and everyone at Gresham Toyota! I can not tell you how happy I was dealing with Adrain. He was prompt with responses as we were working through email. He was very friendly not pushy at all.
