Worst Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had I was looking to buy a second car to drive in bad weather. This place had a vehicle I was interested in. The salesman was OK but didn't know much. I told him what I would pay and that I didn't want to go back and forth. Then the whole game started of "we can't do that", "this person wants to talk to you", etc. After the 3rd person, including the owner who said he couldn't make a decision on the offer (really??) I said I was leaving because I had other cars to look at. Then they were able to make the deal. Frustrating, but OK. I went in to do the paperwork and they tried to charge me a whole PERCENTAGE and a HALF interest rate! I told them no way. I would go to my bank. Then miraculously, they were able to bring it down to where it was supposed to be. He said they called the bank which was amazing since he only left the office for 30 seconds. They tried to be deceptive and dishonest. I would not trust them for anything. The salesman said he would fill the car with gas since it was empty but of course he didn't. At that point I just wanted out. Then I go to the DMW 3 weeks after the sale to get my plates and they hadn't filed the paperwork. They told me they forgot to have me sign something and I needed to come back in to the dealership. If I could rate them a Zero, I would. I would never recommend them to anyone. Not just a hassle but proved to be very dishonest. More
