Mitchell was great to work with and when we called ahead to ask if a vehicle was still in stock, he had already pulled all of the information (Carfax history, vehicle specs) and had done his own inspection of the vehicle before we even got there. He listened to us and didn't try to "upsell" us into something we didn't need or that wasn't in our price range (like other dealers we had previously visited in town). Brad was thorough and went to bat for us to get a better rate than the good rate we had already been pre-approved of through our bank. He kept the paperwork simple, clear, and fast to get through, which we greatly appreciated as we had small children waiting in their kids area (which Mitchell also occasionally checked on for us). Overall, I got a great family feel and welcoming attitude from the guys at Gretna Auto Outlet and would gladly work with them again or recommend them to anyone I know that interested in getting a vehicle. Great Customer Service Overall- the team at Gretna Auto Outlet was great to work with. However- I would have felt much more at ease if they would do some sort of "50-point or 100 point" inspection to know that the vehicle was in fact a great vehicle to buy. It's almost like playing Russian Roulette at that dealership (if buying a used vehicle). But- doing a ton of research on any used vehicle before you buy it helps a ton too!
