This is the third car I've bought from the same place in about four years. We got another car for my kid recently and we keep coming back. The service and experience are great. The same people are there every time. It's not like most dealerships that have crazy turnover. Its nice to be recognized when you walk in and treated like a client, not just a commission. We drove a few cars, and Brad found me exactly the perfect car for me at a price I felt comfortable with. I really think this is one of the best places in the metro to get a used car. More

Worst experience: Customer service and vehicle Mitch (our salesman) is AWFUL and his managers. Zero integrity. Dont get me wronf he was great when he was working the sale, leading us to not worry about other reviews. The minute we purchased until now (only 30 days later) has been miserable. We did not get an owner's manual or keys ($300) the passenger seat turned out to be broken ($1,000), oil leak, power steering leak, bad battery, balance is off, 3 brake lights out .. and this was all in the first two weeks. And where was Mitch?? Or anyone for that mattematter.. Who knows. Neither him or any manager would even return our calls. We did get contacted by the title specialist advising we had to take the title in for inspection, which is their responsibility (prior to the sale) The sheriff's department even asked who we bought this from and that we should charge them for our time and miles. When we called to ask about the repairs and cosy they said "that is too bad, you bought it as is" nice. Finally we financed some of the vehicle and they included taxes in it ($840) and guess who pocketed it? We still have not seen the money but we did receive a statement for payment due. We have returned everything that they asked for. And now we have a fine for expires licenses. More
