We made a semi deal and told him we would come back on Monday and drive the vehicle. He and Rob both kept their word and called me during the day Monday. We went out there and made a deal and drove home with our Chevy Equinox. No surprises and no pressure. We also met Tom who does all the paperwork and finished the deal for us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They take time to answer your questions and don't give a bunch of pressure. They also have most of their vehicles indoors so you can look at them without being rained on or burned by the sun. The car had one small problem during the test drive and they promised to fix that as soon as the part came in. It was already ordered as they noticed it when they were getting it ready for the sale. Chris (being a little newer) did an amazing job. The general manager, Rob, was very nice and came out to thank me and also congratulate me on my first automotive purchase. Poor customer service . Took my car to trade in Manager just walked past me didn't say anything looked at the car from 5 feet away didn't look inside or anything and low ba . Liars and cheats No stars!!!! Tried to sell me one i didnt want....even wrote the deal for that one after selecting my car. Said oops! Said i could get the same dea No stars!!!! Havnt made my first pymnt yet and took in for rough idle. 2000 misses on a cylinder. Havnt even drove it 1000 miles yet. Knew it was bad and didnt bother. Better yet....didnt get my extended warranty so im screwed. Have to replace motor. Thanks a ton lying xxxxxxxx. More
