Service Dept a joke ! ! Brought my car in for Wed 9:00 appointment. CSR said he would call me after diagnosis. No call Wed. Thurs I call twice, 10am and 1pm, leave vm- no ! Brought my car in for Wed 9:00 appointment. CSR said he would call me after diagnosis. No call Wed. Thurs I call twice, 10am and 1pm, leave vm- no call back. 3:15pm CSR calls-just did diagnosis. Ordered parts. Almost 2 days my car sat there with nothing being done. Friday a.m. I called - vm, no call back. At 3:30 pm went down there really pissed, demanded my car back. CSR says, not all parts here. I said reinstall old parts, "me and my car are out of here". CSR went to shop and came back to say,miraculously, parts are here and installed. Don't know if this is incompetence or some corporate game they play. They will never see a dime from me again. What a joke this dealership is !! More

Steve And Sergio both managers are the worst especially Steve calling me an idiot especially coming from the highest management from sales. I’m very disappointed with the customer service I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from here and especially because they don’t do a good inspection of the vehicles they sold me car with no catalytic converter it is state and federal illegal to do that so what more problems could used cars have if the technicians don’t inform sales about the cars. There are flaws everywhere here. Even after trying to return the the vehicle Levi, Steve and Sergio did not want to help me returning the vehicle especially with my credit score after returning the car, I have to get attorneys involved and it’s ongoing currently. In short Grieco Chevrolet of Delray is horrible down to tech inspection to disrespectful sales people including managers I hope someone from the higher ups see this for sales to improve from this. More

I am in the market for a new vehicle. I looked online, and Grieco Chevrolet of Delray had one that looked like it had exactly what I was looking for. The listing said to contact for price (first red flag). I put in my information, and I was contacted by Abe, who was helpful and passed me along to Richard. I spoke with Richard briefly on Friday morning, and he was supposed to call me back with ballpark numbers before I drive 30-45 mins to negotiate. Richard never called back. I was called later that day by a manager, who I informed that I was waiting on a call back from Richard. She told me that she would touch base with Richard and have him call me. Richard never called me back. Finally, Abe called me back on Sunday to see if I was getting the help that I needed. I informed him that I was waiting for Richard to call me back. Abe told me that Richard was working on Sunday, and he would have him call me. Richard never called me back. Now it is Monday. I do not expect to hear back from Richard, and I certainly no longer have a desire to do business with Grieco. I am confident that Richard never called because I wanted him to ballpark numbers for me instead of me dropping everything, driving up there, then begging for the vehicle. If you are in the market for a new car, inventory might be low, but it's not worth your time to inquire at Grieco because they won't call you back, anyways. More
