They have been 100% Terrific, until. I'm STILL waiting for a wheel-well bolt to be replaced. I've been asking for this to be ordered for over two months, (I know I pay for bolt when it a I'm STILL waiting for a wheel-well bolt to be replaced. I've been asking for this to be ordered for over two months, (I know I pay for bolt when it arrives). NOW, my Grieco Chevrolet warranty is over (as of 2 days ago), I will probably have to pay for all labor for the bolt to be replaced. I also wanted them to help me with photos of my car so that I can send GM the data directly from the dealership. I guess, now, I'll have to take photos (no shadows, no sunshine, no dark spots... in pictures) on my own. When the front passenger seat-belt issue occurred, I had only 31,000 miles on my car. Now, I have a little over 38,400 miles. All I have is Greico's service record to prove to GM what the milage was when the seat-belt malfunctioned. Other than that, Greico Chevrolet (everyone there) has been great! They ALL treat me like I'm a member of their extended family. They ALL are THAT nice! More
