I am in the market for a new vehicle. I looked online, and Grieco Chevrolet of Delray had one that looked like it had exactly what I was looking for. The listing said to contact for price (first red flag). I put in my information, and I was contacted by Abe, who was helpful and passed me along to Richard. I spoke with Richard briefly on Friday morning, and he was supposed to call me back with ballpark numbers before I drive 30-45 mins to negotiate. Richard never called back. I was called later that day by a manager, who I informed that I was waiting on a call back from Richard. She told me that she would touch base with Richard and have him call me. Richard never called me back. Finally, Abe called me back on Sunday to see if I was getting the help that I needed. I informed him that I was waiting for Richard to call me back. Abe told me that Richard was working on Sunday, and he would have him call me. Richard never called me back. Now it is Monday. I do not expect to hear back from Richard, and I certainly no longer have a desire to do business with Grieco. I am confident that Richard never called because I wanted him to ballpark numbers for me instead of me dropping everything, driving up there, then begging for the vehicle. If you are in the market for a new car, inventory might be low, but it's not worth your time to inquire at Grieco because they won't call you back, anyways. More

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE - The Service Department certainly knows how to misdiagnose issues, overcharge for the repairs then diagnose again for the same issue, overcharge for that repair a Department certainly knows how to misdiagnose issues, overcharge for the repairs then diagnose again for the same issue, overcharge for that repair and not acknowledging their error the first time and returning the car dirty inside and out (brought in spotless). Furthermore we found parts left to rattle around loose in the windshield wiper cowl passenger side and the battery was not secured in the engine compartment. They Service Departments interaction with their customers is disrespectful as they verbally disrespect the dealership, the brand and threat their customers as if they really do not matter at all. Sadly the notion of customer service is completely lost here. I also know that this is happening to others as my neighbor just shared his similarly terrible experience at this dealership. More
