I'd also like to compliment Rebecca Hussle, Customer Service/Vehicle Exchange/Warranty Manager. Ms. Hussle is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to communicate with. Whenever I have a warranty question, she cheerfully answers my inquiry. She provides the information requested for me to make a decision without any pressure. Just another bottom of the pond Sales Manager! After being told for four days that my loan is approved - the sales manager refused to send me the loan commitment. I finally after 4 days found out why… On my way to the dealership to close the sale, the sales rep rebeca called me and told me That trading my car in was a condition of my NO CONDITION LOAN. My current car was never mentioned and the Suburban was a second car. I replied absolutely not this is going to be a second car for me . the transaction obviously fell through. After having words with the arrogant sales manager Tony, behind my back, placed an ad on craigslist for a 2013 Honda Civic and placed my name and telephone number in the ad so That i had to field all the calls. After fielding 15 calls , I finally started telling people that they could see the 2013 Honda at 1300 North Federal Highway and to ask for Tony the sales manager. After the fourth caller called me from a Grieco and told me that Tony knows nothing about the 2013 Honda the calls to me stopped abruptly . Is this really how a professional business treats their customers or anyone for that matter. What a childish infantile resentful xxxxx the sales manager is at Greco Chevrolet. I will never ever ever purchase another car there. I have been buying cars there since 1978 when it was still run by Gary Fronrath. . It’s a shame what has happened to a once reputable dealer. What a professional childish disgrace Tony has made of Grieco Chevrolet. More

Second time around After great first experience, another issue with my vehicle came up. Due to convenience(closer to my job), I attempted to get my car serviced by a re After great first experience, another issue with my vehicle came up. Due to convenience(closer to my job), I attempted to get my car serviced by a reputable business. However, they could not complete the job because they were unable to access the part. They recommended I contact my dealer and bring the part to them and they would install it. I contacted Grieco's parts department and a gentleman named Will assisted me. Like the other staff I had dealt with, he was extremely courteous and professional and acquired the part for me in what seemed like record time to me. At that point, I had already spoken to Jonatan Cardoza who offered to install the part and complete the job if I wanted. I decided to take him up on that offer and it was determined the part I ordered was not what I needed. By the next day, they got the correct part and completed the job. Jasmine efficiently handled the paper work and Jonatan advised me that the parts department would refund me for the part I ordered but didn't need. I went back to Will who consulted with his manager, Mr. Sandy Miller and they graciously handled my refund. To me, this felt like a genuine team effort. More

Thanks to Jasmine's calm demeanor, she set up my appointment and luckily for me my Service advisor was Jonatan Cardoza. Jonatan didn't keep me waiting regarding my situation. He called me as soon as the problem was determined and provided me my options and reasonable quotes on crucial items my car needed. I never got the feeling, like some dealerships, that I was being over-priced and items were being added just to increase my bill. Mr. Cardoza was professional, courteous, personable and relatable. I would recommend him anytime. Lastly, I just want to say thanks for making my first experience at Grieco as stree-free as possible. More
Ripped Off I drove from Houston TX to Ft. Lauderdale for a cruise. Auto misfired and engine light came on when I drove 70 mph. Was told I needed new spark plugs I drove from Houston TX to Ft. Lauderdale for a cruise. Auto misfired and engine light came on when I drove 70 mph. Was told I needed new spark plugs and should have fuel injectors cleaned. Paid $924. car was fine driving back to hotel and to cruse terminal. After cruise headed back to Houston. As soon as I got on I 95 and hit 70 mph the service lite came on and car once again began to misfire. I called service agent and left message. He later called back and told me I could bring car back in. I explained I was on the road headed back home. He said to take it to local Chevy dealer when I got home - which I did. The problem was the ignition coils and not the spark plugs or the fuel injectors. The car now works fine but Grieco refuses any type of refund for their work which did not solve the problem. More
