Even before entering the door though, my new vehicle was was parked in the first spot displaying my name. That was a nice touch. Salesman Tom was in the middle a sale that arrived late. Not to mention the sale was much more impressive than mine. He balanced the two transactions with class and efficiency. The finance guy, although nice was a little rude when we told him we already had a loan through a different company and this was what he wanted. No Customer service.. I walked in the dealership at 6:15 pm and was checking out to New Tahoe .. $70k.. Nice but too rich for my budget.. I looked at their very clean used cars and a great variety. My family purchased 2 car over the years from this dealer. The used cars were unlocked and easy to view. After 45 minutes and sitting in 6 different cars not one person tried to help me buy a car . I heard of no pressure but no help and with 5 salesman I thought someone might have helped. I guess they made there quota. They have a nice supply of cars buy I guess test driving and paperwork is not a priority to them.. I suspect all these great reviews must be employee's .. G ..L More
