Great customer Service! Well, at first I saw the sales representative was very nice polite person. We sat down to negotiate and we couldn't get a deal.. After a few hours his Manager (don't remember his name) came to the office to keep negotiating, which I was a not happy the way he approach to me at first but..."Hey" they are there to sell cars..So we didn't get to a final offer and I left. Day passed by, and Manager called me and we got a deal... All of them are very respectful, explained to me all the details and I drove home. We waited several hours to see Alex, who was the only F&I manager working that day and there were several people ahead of us. He was very very personable and made us feel comfortable thru the paperwork closing process. We drove from Orlando to purchase the car, since we put the deal together and agreed on the numbers over the phone and on line and were hoping to be back home in time for dinner. As it turned out, we got back to Orlando around 10pm. A long 12 hour day. Natalie called the next day to follow up with our experience. I gave her and your dealership a 5 star rating.
