I own & operate a family ac company. Alex Medina has sold me my last 4 Ford vans for my company. Upon hearing about Mr. Medina's departure from Ford I was very disappointed to say the least. After wich Mr. Medina informed me that the was now working for Chevy. Based on my past experiences with him I chose to give Chevy a chance on van number 5. The van itself needed a ladder rack installed so the van was left overnight. Later that night a big client of mine called with an emergency. Not having any vans available I contacted Mr Medina to see if I could pick up the Chevy. Unfortunately the van was already locked away at an offsite vendor's location & being after hours there was no way to get it. In order to avoid the risk of losing my largest account Mr. Medina heroically volunteered his truck & service to pick up the unit that I needed to deliver. Needless to say Mr Medina went far beyond expectation and saved the day & even possibly my business.I am also extremely pleased with my new Chevy. Maroone Cheverolet has a life long client! More

He knew the store's quality work and my own experience with the store was very good. When I asked about extended warranty contracts, he spent enough time looking over the available plans to find the one with the best price and good features. I purchased the warranty. He saved me cash on that choice and the warranty will save cash in the future. My satisfaction with the dealer's auto service is Brian's goal. This is very clear and the biggest reason why I continue to be a loyal customer there. My Saturn mechanic is Patrick - always does an excellent job, even down to knowing the pressure I like in my tires with the Nitrofill. I've been using this dealer and had the same service manager for years and have always had great service and no unanswered questions and no problems after service. More

Sunday auto shopping A+! I was out for a Sunday drive in my 2000 Corvette and decided to stop by Maroone Chevrolet on Federal Highway in Ft Lauderdale to take a look at a newer Corvette. To my surprise the my 2000 Corvette and decided to stop by Maroone Chevrolet on Federal Highway in Ft Lauderdale to take a look at a newer Corvette. To my surprise the dealership showroom was open on a Sunday. During the week I am too busy at work to even begin taking time to look at cars and Saturday's are usually very busy day's at auto dealerships. I parked and began looking at Corvettes on the lot when I was approached by Sid. What I liked is that Sid was very calm and relaxed, no high pressure! I asked questions and he answered and also provided additional info on the Corvettes that I was looking at. We took a couple of cars for a test drive and then we settled in the showroom to begin the negotiation process. Sid offered me a soda and a sandwich and much to my surprise still there was no high pressure during our negotiations. I traded in 2 automobiles and purchased my new Corvette, very satisfied! Sid transitioned me to Walter to complete the financial transaction, Walter made this a very smooth process. I drove away that Sunday afternoon with my shiny new Black Corvette, extremely satisfied. Sid has contacted me several times after my purchase just to say hello and ask me if I still love my new Corvette and of coarse the answer is "Yes".
