Sunday auto shopping A+! I was out for a Sunday drive in my 2000 Corvette and decided to stop by Maroone Chevrolet on Federal Highway in Ft Lauderdale to take a look at a newer Corvette. To my surprise the my 2000 Corvette and decided to stop by Maroone Chevrolet on Federal Highway in Ft Lauderdale to take a look at a newer Corvette. To my surprise the dealership showroom was open on a Sunday. During the week I am too busy at work to even begin taking time to look at cars and Saturday's are usually very busy day's at auto dealerships. I parked and began looking at Corvettes on the lot when I was approached by Sid. What I liked is that Sid was very calm and relaxed, no high pressure! I asked questions and he answered and also provided additional info on the Corvettes that I was looking at. We took a couple of cars for a test drive and then we settled in the showroom to begin the negotiation process. Sid offered me a soda and a sandwich and much to my surprise still there was no high pressure during our negotiations. I traded in 2 automobiles and purchased my new Corvette, very satisfied! Sid transitioned me to Walter to complete the financial transaction, Walter made this a very smooth process. I drove away that Sunday afternoon with my shiny new Black Corvette, extremely satisfied. Sid has contacted me several times after my purchase just to say hello and ask me if I still love my new Corvette and of coarse the answer is "Yes". Thanks to Maroone Chevrolet in Ft Lauderdale for having Sales and Service both open on Sunday's to make life much easier for those of us that work M-F and sometimes even on Saturday. More

Despite changing my mind numerous times and going back and forth over weeks on vehicles they honored the already fair value for my trade and gave me a tremendous deal on a new 2011 Chevy Silverado. Maroone Chevrolet of Ft. Lauderdale is the personification of old Fashioned Customer service. They are about building customer loyalty through great service.
