I had an older Cadillac that I treasured but it's time had come to put alot of money into it or sell it. I met Sid Karaca, a sales associate and told him I was "just looking" and with no pressure at all, had come to put alot of money into it or sell it. Sid was so patient and his follow up skills are fantastic. I went home and thought about it, I went back and told Sid, let's see what we can do. He was fantastic, I got a great deal, they got an old Cadillac! Went in for my reg. service, everyone was on time, friendly, helpful, their customer service is outstanding and to my amazement, they seem like they really care about their customers! Walked into the dealership, was greeted by Carlos really nice guy, told him what vehicle i was looking at and he took me to the lot showed me what he had there. I walked into Maroone Chevrolet looking for a real sales person...I met one Maryse Valbrun. I was wanting to see the Chevrolet Cruze or HHR. The Malibu was the biggest in size as well as features it offered as well as good gas mileage. Took one for a drive...it met my needs...after some negotiation, we agreed to a price and I drove it home the next day.
