I have given top ratings across the board for this dealership, because of the experience I had with Carlos Caraza and Lester Nunez. He showed me the Chevy Cruze that was on the showroom floor and discussed all of the safety features and options for this vehicle. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about both this vehicle and others alike. I ended up choosing the Chevy Cruze 1LT with black exterior and black cloth interior. After I decided on this vehicle,I got to speak with Lester. Once again, it seemed that he could read my mind and get me exactly what I was looking for before I even asked. He worked out an excellent deal for me and discussed all of my options. I have never had an experience like this at any other dealership and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase another vehicle. I own & operate a family ac company. Alex Medina has sold me my last 4 Ford vans for my company. Upon hearing about Mr. Medina's departure from Ford I was very disappointed to say the least. After wich sold me my last 4 Ford vans for my company. Upon hearing about Mr. Medina's departure from Ford I was very disappointed to say the least. After wich Mr. Medina informed me that the was now working for Chevy. Based on my past experiences with him I chose to give Chevy a chance on van number 5. The van itself needed a ladder rack installed so the van was left overnight. Later that night a big client of mine called with an emergency. Not having any vans available I contacted Mr Medina to see if I could pick up the Chevy. Unfortunately the van was already locked away at an offsite vendor's location & being after hours there was no way to get it. In order to avoid the risk of losing my largest account Mr. Medina heroically volunteered his truck & service to pick up the unit that I needed to deliver. Needless to say Mr Medina went far beyond expectation and saved the day & even possibly my business.I am also extremely pleased with my new Chevy. Maroone Cheverolet has a life long client! More

He knew the store's quality work and my own experience with the store was very good. When I asked about extended warranty contracts, he spent enough time looking over the available plans to find the one with the best price and good features. I purchased the warranty. He saved me cash on that choice and the warranty will save cash in the future. My satisfaction with the dealer's auto service is Brian's goal. This is very clear and the biggest reason why I continue to be a loyal customer there. My Saturn mechanic is Patrick - always does an excellent job, even down to knowing the pressure I like in my tires with the Nitrofill. I've been using this dealer and had the same service manager for years and have always had great service and no unanswered questions and no problems after service. More
